Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Due to hygiene standards, intimate apparel (including thongs, panties, and lingerie) cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed or the item shows signs of wear.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Sale or clearance items may only qualify for store credit.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or color if stock is available.

If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund.
Final Sale Items

Gift cards, personalized products, and marked “final sale” items are not eligible for return or refund.
