Thongsforall Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

  • Due to hygiene standards, intimate apparel (including thongs, panties, and lingerie) cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed or the item shows signs of wear.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Sale or clearance items may only qualify for store credit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color if stock is available.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund.

Final Sale Items

  • Gift cards, personalized products, and marked “final sale” items are not eligible for return or refund.
